Team Knowledge & Personal Memory

You shouldn't have to re-explain yourself every time you open a new chat. Trio Mate remembers context through Enterprise Knowledge and Personal Memory.

Enterprise Knowledge: Shared team materials

  • What it is: Company policies, product docs, and guidelines uploaded by your organization administrator.
  • How it works: When working in an organization, keep the "Enterprise Knowledge" toggle on. The assistant references materials granted to your team.
  • Protected access: You only see files authorized for your department; restricted company data stays private.

Personal Memory: An assistant that learns your habits

  • What it is: The assistant remembers your preferences (e.g., "Prefers bulleted summaries", "Currently managing Project X").
  • Enable or pause: Use the Memory switch under Settings → Account. Turning it off stops Memory reads and automatic extraction without deleting saved data, disabling enterprise knowledge, or clearing conversations. The setting applies to this device, account, and organization.
  • Correct or forget: Mention a specific fact in conversation. The assistant locates it and shows the change in a confirmation dialog. Cancelling leaves it unchanged; forgetting removes the confirmed text, not every similar statement.
  • Clear this identity: The same Settings → Account card lets you clear the current identity's Memory, even while Memory is disabled. Other identities, enterprise knowledge, and conversations are unaffected. If cleanup is incomplete, you'll see a retry option.

Sync across devices

Devices in the same trusted deployment, account, and organization sync personal facts. The enable setting and local summaries stay on each device. Only one device organizes Memory at a time; others wait, then use the latest snapshot.

Offline devices don't create snapshots to merge later. If a request's outcome is unknown, the original operation is kept for reconciliation. A change confirmed as not committed stays marked as needing fresh confirmation — not as synced. Offline devices apply clears or corrections after reconnecting; information already sent to a model, shown in past answers, or exported can't be recalled.
